This morning, some of our Primary 6 and Primary 7 pupils visited Inveralmond Community High School to take part in the first North Area Football Festival of the year. Primary 5 and Primary 6 enjoyed collaborating with one another during an outdoor scavenger hunt. All groups demonstrated excellent team working skills and enjoyed being outside.
Today, Primary 6 had the opportunity to work with a group of West Lothian College HND students in fun fitness tests, relay races and games. The children had a brilliant time and are really looking forward to their next session.
Primary 6/7 have been working with coach Sam from Livingston Rugby Club on Friday mornings. We have been enjoying experiencing the game and learning new skills.
This morning Primary 3 took part in a very wet outdoor learning session with Kids Gone Wild. We had fun exploring the woods, climbing trees and we bravely had a go at slacklining. We had the best time being wet, messy and outdoors!
Primary 4 and Primary 4/5 have been enjoying music sessions with Eamonn from Infectious Grooves. After weeks of learning new skills in drumming and rhythm, each class confidently shared their learning in a showcase performance for the rest of the school.
